This year Rho Omega and Friends will reinvigorate the city's Historically Black Colleges and Universities scene by launching our inaugural HBCU Summer Homecoming at Festival Plaza. This event, which will be held in the second pavilion, will ultimately recreate "The Quad" - the central gathering place on every HBCU campus. It will encompass guest DJs, an HBCU VIP Section contest, D9 Plot Competition, Club Chicken & Brew with Ωue Karaoke, Prizes, Giveaways and more!
